Suppose if you want to send videos which usually consume more time than other files. For this purpose, you can use Wifi to transfer files from one iOS device to another. Please note that the Wifi support is limited only to iOS devices. However, one can always use bluetooth to exchange files from one iDevice to devices from other vendors. The transmission at a speed of up to 1.7MB/s is quite fast over bluetooth.

There’s is no configuration required. If there’s no Wifi available, AirBlue Sharing automatically creates a wifi hotspot for the instant transmission. You can even import contacts, photos to the native applications and open the received files in the choice of your application using the built in “open in” option. There are separate notifications sounds for the sending and receiving files which notifies you immediately.
AirBlue Sharing is now available in Cydia Store at a price tag of $4.99. Currently, all devices except iPhone 4S on iOS 5.0.1 are supported. Also, it is compatible with Mac OS X, Windows, Linux, Nokia, Android, Blackberry and other Bluetooth enabled devices. It also switch off the bluetooth automatically to save the battery life when the tweak is not in use.
